PLEASE READ OUR REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY
Food Safety Australia (FSA) will give you five (5) days from your date of enrolment, to change your mind and receive a full refund of any course fees paid. This is called the cooling off period. You may view any of the course material for a period of 5 days. You must NOT have attempted or submitted any assessment for marking.
You must notify us in writing within 5 days of your enrolment (the 5 day cooling off period) to be eligible for a refund.
After this 5 day cooling off period, there are NO refunds.
Refunds will NOT be issued after the 5 day cooling off period if you later find that you do not have the required technical knowledge, skill or resources to complete the course.
Refunds will NOT be issued after the 5 day cooling off period if you are unable to meet the Workplace Observation practical requirement.
These requirements are clearly explained in our course descriptions.
Refund requests after the 5 day cooling off period will be considered in the following circumstances:
- If the student is unable to access the course within a reasonable time frame due to technical difficulties caused by the FSA website and/or the Learning Management System
- If the student selects the wrong course and commences that course in error. FSA will organize a transfer to the correct course if the student has not completed more than one module of the incorrect course. FSA may retain $25+GST for administrative course transfer fees.
- Requests for refunds relating to all other matters will be considered by Food Safety Australia in a fair and reasonable manner.
If you have any questions relating to our refund policy, please contact Food Safety Australia by emailing info@foodsafety.edu.au.
